1:1 Holistic Nutrition

In these sessions, I will support you in understanding your unique biochemistry so you can better work with your body and restore balance in your health. Through nutrition, lifestyle support, and naturopathic techniques, I guide you over a series of sessions to address chronic symptoms at their root cause and support the body’s natural healing process.

Having navigated my own journey and healed using a completely natural approach, I deeply understand what’s possible when we understand our body and work with our hormones. From Gut health and diagnosed menstrual conditions to inflammation and mental health challenges, these sessions are about creating harmony within the body so we can thrive.

When we align our lifestyle with the bodies natural rhythms and heal at root cause, the body is given the space to rebalance and return to ease.

1:1 Mindset & Self Empowerment Coaching

In these 90 minute sessions, we shall focus on helping you shift your mindset, rewire limiting thought patterns and releasing beliefs that may be holding you back in your life and keeping you small. You’ll be guided to see yourself and your life from a new, empowering perspective so you can step into a more confident, aligned, and unstoppable version of yourself.

Having spent the past six years on my own healing journey, I bring both personal experience and proven techniques to support you in transforming your life, by healing emotional wounds and breaking free from patterns that no longer serve you.

Nutrition | Fitness | Mindset & Empowerment

1:1 Mentorship | 12 weeks

This is a 12 week 1:1 embodied wellness mentorship for women who are ready to stop fighting their bodies and start living from self love. This is an entire lifestyle shift. A different approach to health, from a much higher frequency. Through conscious movement, nourishing real food, Nervous system regulation, identity level coaching, I will support you in learning to feel safe, strong and at home in your body. We will focus on replacement, not restriction, replacing old habits with new ones and rewiring old and outdated beliefs and illusions with new healthy and empowered ones. No punishment, no pressure in sight because a woman’s body needs to feel safe to make the changes you want it to make.

We will have weekly 2 hour online sessions where I will follow up each week with a Treatment programme. I will also offer messaging support in the form of email or whatsapp. If you would like to find out more as to whether working with me is going to be the right fit for you, I welcome you to book a complementary session to see how I can best help you. This will last around 20 minutes but may take longer.
